Summary

This study tests whether a cinnamon extract can safely and effectively start labor in full-term, first-time mothers. 70 participants will receive either the extract or a placebo, and researchers will measure how quickly labor begins and progresses. The goal is to see if this natural remedy can reduce the need for medical induction and cesarean sections.
