Summary
This study tests a new way to treat acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. Researchers take immune cells from a half-matched donor, boost them in the lab, and give them to the patient. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and can help control the leukemia.
