Summary

This study is testing a personalized cell therapy called cilta-cel for people with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, a cancer of plasma cells. Researchers want to see if changing how they prepare patients for the therapy (using different chemotherapy regimens) can make it work better or be safer. The main goal is to see if the treatment can eliminate all detectable traces of cancer in the body for at least a year.
