NCT ID NCT07249853
Summary
This study is testing if a drug called cilostazol can prevent a dangerous complication called delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) in people who have had a brain aneurysm rupture. It will involve 316 patients in China who will take either the drug or a placebo pill for 14 days along with their standard care. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces brain damage and improves recovery 90 days after the bleed.
