Scientists test new arthritis drug on healthy volunteers

NCT ID NCT07182656

Summary

This is the first study in humans for a potential new rheumatoid arthritis drug called CIGB-814. Researchers are testing it on 70 healthy volunteers to check if it's safe, see how the body processes it, and observe its early effects on the immune system. The goal is to gather basic safety information before testing it in people who actually have rheumatoid arthritis.
