First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at whether getting Chuna (a type of manual therapy) every two weeks for 20 weeks can reduce chronic neck pain and disability better than doing self-exercise and lifestyle changes alone. It involves 250 adults aged 19–69 with mild but long-lasting neck pain. The goal is to see if regular hands-on care keeps pain from coming back and improves daily life.
