Summary

This study looks at whether matching when you eat to your natural sleep-wake pattern (chronotype) helps reduce belly fat and improve health. About 90 adults with central obesity who are not very active will try a 12-week eating plan where they eat only during a set window each day. The goal is to see if a personalized eating schedule works better than a mismatched one.
