NCT ID NCT07062315

First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether matching when you eat to your natural sleep-wake pattern (chronotype) helps reduce deep belly fat better than eating at mismatched times. About 90 inactive adults with central obesity will follow a 12-week time-restricted eating plan. Researchers will measure changes in visceral fat using MRI scans.
