Summary

This study is testing if restricting daily eating to a specific time window helps reduce dangerous belly fat and improve health. Researchers want to see if matching that eating window to a person's natural 'body clock' (whether they are a morning or evening person) works better than a standard schedule. The 12-week study involves 90 physically inactive adults with central obesity.
