New shot approach aims to heal stubborn wounds

Summary
This study tests whether injecting antibiotics into the skin around chronic wounds can help them heal better than standard care alone. About 60 adults with non-healing wounds on their arms, legs, or trunk will either receive the injections plus usual wound care, or usual care only. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also measuring wound size and closure over 6 months.
