New injection method aims to heal stubborn wounds

Summary
This study tests whether injecting antibiotics into the skin around chronic wounds helps them heal better than standard care alone. About 60 adults with non-healing wounds on their arms, legs, or trunk will either receive the injections plus usual wound care, or usual care only. Researchers will track wound size, healing, and any side effects over 6 months.
