First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study follows 500 children with cerebral palsy who are having leg or spine surgery. Researchers want to understand how pain changes over time and what factors lead to long-term pain. Participants will fill out surveys and do sensory and movement tests before and after surgery. The goal is to create a tool to predict which children are at risk for chronic postsurgical pain.
