NCT ID NCT06719635

First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study compares two minimally invasive procedures—laparoscopic presacral neurectomy and fluoroscopically guided nerve block—to reduce chronic pelvic pain in adults with pelvic cancer. Sixty-two participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments, and neither they nor their doctors will know which they received. The main goal is to see how many people have at least a 50% drop in pain scores after one month, with follow-up on pain levels, painkiller use, and side effects over six months.
