Summary
This study compares two different procedures that block pain nerves to help women with chronic pelvic pain caused by cancer. Researchers are testing whether a laparoscopic surgery or a less invasive guided injection works better at reducing pain. The trial involves 62 participants and measures how much their pain decreases over six months.
