Summary

This study compares two different procedures that block pain nerves to see which works better for women with chronic pelvic pain caused by cancer. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either a laparoscopic surgery or a guided injection procedure. The main goal is to see which method helps more women achieve a significant reduction in their pain levels one month after treatment.
