First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tested two different telehealth programs for people with chronic pain: an online self-guided program and live sessions with a health coach by phone or video. Over 2,300 adults took part to see if these approaches could meaningfully reduce pain severity. The goal was to find scalable, practical ways to help manage chronic pain without medication.
