Summary

This study aims to understand and predict long-term pain after orthopedic surgery in children with cerebral palsy. Researchers will follow 500 children, tracking their pain levels, medication use, sleep, and mobility before and for a year after surgery. The goal is to identify which factors put a child at higher risk for chronic post-surgical pain to help improve future care.
