New robotic technique aims to cut chronic pain after lung cancer surgery

Summary

This study compares three robotic-assisted surgery methods for removing lung tumors to see which causes the least chronic pain. About 120 adults having lung surgery will be randomly assigned to one of three techniques. The goal is to find a way to reduce nerve damage and long-term pain after surgery.
