The hidden pain: tracking Mothers' suffering years after C-Sections

NCT ID NCT06247852

Summary

This study followed 477 women in Denmark to understand how common and severe long-term pain is after a cesarean delivery. Researchers sent text message questionnaires over months and years to track pain levels and how pain affects daily life, sleep, mood, and caring for the baby. The goal is to gather better information to help prevent and manage this often overlooked problem.
