First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looked at 84 adults with long-term neck pain to understand how central sensitization (when the nervous system becomes overly sensitive) relates to pain intensity, sleep quality, and jaw function. Participants completed questionnaires about their pain, disability, and jaw symptoms. The goal was to help doctors better plan treatments by considering both physical and psychological factors.
