Summary

This study tested a new pain medication called HCP1004 against an existing one (RLD2401) in 310 adults with chronic low-back pain lasting at least 3 months. The goal was to see if the new drug works just as well and is safe. Participants rated their pain using a scale, and researchers also tracked disability, quality of life, and stomach side effects.
