Summary
This is a large observational study that will follow 90,000 people in China, including those with and without kidney disease, to better understand how chronic kidney disease starts and gets worse over time. Researchers will collect real-world health data to identify risk factors and track disease progression. The goal is to gather evidence to help improve prevention and management strategies for this common condition.
