Summary
This study compared two common allergy medications to see which works better for controlling chronic hives. Researchers tested bilastine and levocetirizine in 60 adults with persistent hives that weren't fully controlled with standard treatment. The goal was to find which medication provided better symptom relief with fewer side effects over six weeks.
