This study will follow 459 adults who have been in the ICU for 8 days or more and have serious conditions like organ failure or long-term breathing support. Researchers want to find out how many patients die within one year and what factors lead to worse outcomes. The goal is to better understand the challenges these patients face after leaving the hospital.
