Summary
This study is testing if a more holistic physical therapy approach works better than standard therapy for chronic low back pain. Researchers will compare a program that includes exercises, pain education, and coping strategies against a standard exercise-focused program. They aim to see which method better improves pain, daily function, and quality of life for 80 adults with long-term back pain.
