Can retraining your Brain's touch sense ease chronic back pain?
NCT ID NCT07284407
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specific touch-training exercise to a standard pain education and core exercise program helps people with chronic low back pain. It aims to see if this combination reduces unhelpful pain thoughts, lessens fear of movement, and improves daily movements better than the standard program alone. The study will involve 80 adults with long-term back pain, who will attend sessions twice a week for eight weeks.
