Summary

This study aims to see if adding sensory discrimination training to standard pain education and exercises helps people with chronic low back pain. It will involve 80 adults who have had back pain for 6 months to 2 years. The main goal is to see if this combined approach reduces catastrophic thinking about pain and fear of movement more effectively than education and exercises alone.
