Summary
This study tested if a new pain medication called HCP1004 works as well as an existing drug, RLD2401, for people with long-term low back pain. It involved 310 adults who had experienced pain for at least 3 months. The main goal was to see if the new drug provided similar pain relief and was just as safe as the standard treatment.
