Summary
This study aims to find better ways to measure how a rare bone cancer called chordoma responds to radiation treatment before surgery. Researchers will follow 40 patients receiving radiation and then surgery, checking their blood for tumor DNA and analyzing detailed scans. The goal is to see if these new measurements can accurately predict what the tumor looks like after treatment, which could help guide future care.
