Summary
This study aimed to understand why many Egyptian patients with heart disease are not reaching their recommended 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-C) goals. Researchers surveyed 1000 patients to see how many were on target and to identify the main barriers preventing better treatment. The goal was to gather real-world data to help improve future care for similar patients.
