Summary

This study is comparing two different cholesterol-lowering drug combinations to see which one works better and is safer over a full year. It involves 88 adults with high cholesterol and elevated triglycerides, many of whom also have type 2 diabetes or metabolic syndrome. Researchers will measure changes in cholesterol and liver fat to understand the long-term effects of these treatments.
