Summary
This study is looking for immune markers that show whether a person is protected from cholera after vaccination or natural infection. About 1,200 healthy people aged 2 to 80 will receive either a cholera vaccine or a typhoid vaccine (as a control) and provide blood samples over two years. The goal is to speed up development of better cholera vaccines and address the global vaccine shortage.
