First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving a clot-dissolving medicine directly into the brain artery, right after mechanical clot removal, helps people recover better from a severe stroke. About 440 adults with large-vessel blockage will be randomly assigned to get the extra drug or not. The goal is to see if more patients achieve near-normal function at 90 days.
