New study aims to find best surgery for babies born with blocked nasal passages

Summary
This study compares two surgical methods to treat choanal atresia, a birth defect where the nasal passages are blocked. About 30 infants and young children will be randomly assigned to one of two procedures. The goal is to see which surgery leads to fewer re-blockages and better long-term breathing.
