Summary

This study compares two surgical techniques for choanal atresia, a condition where babies are born with blocked nasal passages. About 30 children up to 6 years old will receive either endoscopic choanal canalization with mitomycin C or an endoscopic crossover flap technique. The goal is to see which method better prevents the airway from narrowing again over 12 months.
