VA study probes if more chiropractic visits ease Veterans' back pain
NCT ID NCT04087291
Summary
This study aimed to find the best amount of chiropractic care to help Veterans manage long-term low back pain. Researchers tested whether a higher number of visits over 10 weeks worked better than a lower number, and whether follow-up monthly visits helped maintain benefits. The goal was to see if effective chiropractic care could reduce pain, improve function, and decrease the need for other treatments like pain medications.
