Summary

This study will follow 1000 people with complex coronary artery disease who are getting a high-risk stent procedure (PCI). The goal is to see how many survive one year later and what factors predict that. Researchers will also look at heart attacks, repeat procedures, and heart failure readmissions. No new treatment is tested; it just collects real-world data to improve future care.
