Summary
This study tests whether a drink made from Chios mastic, a natural resin, can help adults with dyspepsia (persistent stomach discomfort). 60 participants will drink either a mastic-enriched carbonated beverage or a placebo daily for 3 months. Researchers will track changes in symptoms, quality of life, and health markers to see if this natural by-product offers relief.
