First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a traditional Chinese medicine called Lingze tablets to the standard drug tamsulosin can improve sleep and reduce nighttime urination in men who still have bothersome symptoms after prostate surgery. About 136 men aged 50 and older will be randomly assigned to take either tamsulosin alone or tamsulosin plus Lingze tablets for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in how many times they wake up to urinate and overall sleep quality.
