Summary
This study aims to see if a specific traditional Chinese herbal paste can help adults with chronic insomnia sleep better. Researchers will compare two versions of the paste—one with an active ingredient and one without—in 60 participants over 8 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in sleep quality using standard questionnaires.
