Ancient herbs tested in modern fight against colon polyp recurrence

This study is testing whether a traditional Chinese herbal formula called Shenling Baishu Granule can prevent low-risk colon polyps from growing back after they are removed. About 624 people who recently had these polyps removed will be randomly assigned to take the herbal granules for 6 months or receive only standard health education. Researchers will follow participants for 3 years to see if the treatment reduces the chance of new polyps forming.
