Summary
This study aims to understand how much energy healthy people in China burn each day. Researchers will measure 240 healthy children and adults using a precise water-tracking method and collect data on their bodies, activity, and environment. The goal is to gather accurate information to help create better national food and nutrition guidelines for preventing obesity.
