Summary

This study compares three colorectal cancer screening methods in 60,300 average-risk adults aged 45-74 in China: colonoscopy, a stool test (FIT), and a stool test plus a blood test. The goal is to see which approach works best to find cancer early and reduce deaths over 10 years. Participants are randomly assigned to one of the three screening groups.
