New chin filler technique aims for safer, better results
NCT ID NCT07193199
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a hyaluronic acid filler called Revanesse Sculpt+ along with a new injection method for people with a receding chin. Twenty-one adults will receive the treatment and be followed for 12 months to see if their chin projection improves. The goal is to achieve better aesthetic results with fewer side effects like filler migration or lumps.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Revanesse Sculpt+ (hyaluronic acid filler)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could offer a safer, more effective option for chin augmentation with fewer side effects like product migration or lumps.
What could go wrong
This is a small, non-randomized study with no control group, so results may not apply broadly. The filler is already approved in Canada, but the new technique needs more testing.
