Summary
This study aims to improve survival for children and adolescents with advanced B-cell lymphoma. It tests whether adding a targeted drug called rituximab and using higher doses of chemotherapy works better than previous treatments. The goal is to help patients with more severe forms of the disease live longer without their cancer returning.
