Summary

This study aims to improve treatment for children aged 0-18 with newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in low- and middle-income African countries. Researchers will test updated guidelines that include stronger chemotherapy for high-risk cases. The main goal is to achieve complete remission in about 85% of children after the first phase of treatment.
