New program aims to ease childbirth fears in First-Time mothers

Summary

This study tests a structured education program for first-time pregnant women to reduce fear of childbirth and stress, and to strengthen their belief in normal birth. About 72 women in their third trimester will either take the program or receive standard care. The goal is to see if the program leads to less fear, lower stress, and more vaginal deliveries.
