Summary
This study is testing a new school and family program designed to prevent several common childhood health problems at once. It will involve 4,000 children aged 8-11 and focuses on improving diet, activity, screen time, sleep, and mental well-being. The goal is to see if this combined approach can reduce the chances of kids developing nearsightedness, obesity, and mental health issues.
