Can porridge and parenting boost baby brains?
NCT ID NCT07383428
Summary
This study aims to see if a special fortified porridge and a caregiver training program can improve early learning and brain development in young children in rural Guatemala. Researchers will follow 400 mother-child pairs, starting when the babies are 6 months old, until they turn 2 years old. They will compare four groups: one getting the porridge, one getting the training, one getting both, and a control group.
