Could a simple flip help babies breathe easier?
NCT ID NCT07170085
Summary
This study is testing if placing infants with severe breathing problems from infections on their stomachs (prone) helps them breathe better than lying on their backs (supine). It will involve 40 hospitalized infants who need breathing support. Each child will spend one hour in each position while researchers measure their breathing rate and symptoms.
