Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs for people with advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, a type of liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 35 participants will receive an oral drug called chidamide along with standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this mix shrinks tumors and is safe, with treatment continuing as long as it works or side effects are manageable.
